How to wire a frame properly

Use 0.4–0.5 mm stainless steel wire: strong, rust-free and it never stains the wax. Thread the wire through the eyelets and tighten it with a tensioner until it sings like a string — only well-tensioned wire keeps the foundation flat in the extractor. A wiring jig and spool holder make the job fast and consistent.
