From the extractor to the jar
Once the honey is spun out, the real work begins. Fresh honey is cleaned of wax particles with strainers and filters, settles and matures in settling tanks (ripeners), and is then bottled — through a honey gate or with a filling machine. Crystallized honey is gently reliquefied in a warming cabinet without damaging its enzymes, and a creamed honey mixer turns it into a smooth, spreadable cream.
Equipment for hobbyists and professionals
A small apiary gets by with a strainer, a few settling tanks and a manual honey gate. As production grows, a honey pump, a warming cabinet and a dosing machine make bottling several times faster. All equipment is food-grade stainless steel and complies with EU food safety standards — shipped across the EU, large units on a pallet.
