Pollen and bee bread fetch higher prices than honey, but they demand fast, correct processing. Fresh pollen must reach the dryer (40 °C) within a day, or it moulds. Bee bread is extracted from the combs with dedicated machines — frozen combs are crumbled and the bee bread granules separated from the wax. This equipment lets you prepare a product that meets retail standards.
