Bee bread threshing machine, up to 18 kg/h

A professional device designed for the mechanical extraction and cleaning of bee bread from frozen combs. The cyclonic separator system efficiently separates clean bee bread from wax, bee parts and other impurities, significantly reducing the need for manual cleaning.

The device is intended for professional beekeepers and farms that process larger quantities of bee pollen.

Operating principle

Before processing, the combs are frozen to about –20 °C. At this temperature, the wax becomes brittle, making it easier to separate it from the bee bread.

The process takes place in several stages:

• The frozen combs are crushed.

• The mixture enters the diffuser, where the heavier pollen granules fall into the collection container.

• Lighter wax particles and other impurities are directed by the airflow into the cyclonic separator.

• Waste is collected separately using an external vacuum cleaner or an extraction system (not included).
