Frequently asked questions
Do you ship across the EU?
Yes. We ship across the European Union by courier (UPS / DHL), or you can collect your order in Kaunas, Šaldytuvų g. 28. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight. For larger orders we email you an individual freight quote before payment.
Are products in stock?
For most products we show the current availability: "In stock" — dispatched immediately; "Made to order" — supplied within a few days/weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Can I buy through a company?
Yes. Enter your company details at checkout (name, code, VAT number, address) and you will receive a VAT invoice. EU companies with a valid VAT number are invoiced with 0% reverse-charge VAT.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. We confirm dispatch as soon as the payment arrives.
