Efficient operation without losses
Honey is efficiently separated from wax cappings, and thanks to the sloped bottom and a tap with a shut-off valve, the honey drains completely, leaving no residue. This is especially important to reduce losses and increase overall yield.

The large internal capacity (64 cm diameter, 71 cm height) makes it easy to accommodate buckets or jars of honey.

Even and safe heating
A 2.5 kW heating element with a fan is integrated into the lid, ensuring air circulation. This distributes the temperature evenly throughout the vessel, reduces the risk of overheating, and helps maintain honey quality (by controlling HMF formation). The temperature is regulated by a thermostat from 30 °C to 120 °C.

Robust and hygienic design
The device is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304 / 1.4301) used in the food industry. 1 mm thick walls ensure durability and stability, and smooth surfaces make cleaning and maintenance easier.

Mobility and convenience
The unit has legs with lockable wheels, so it is easy to move and can be securely fixed during operation.
