This professional radial honey extractor is designed for efficient and safe honey extraction in medium and larger apiaries. Thanks to its radial construction, up to 16 frames can be extracted at once, ensuring even load distribution and minimal comb damage.
Construction and materials
The drum (jacket), lid, hinges and spinning basket are made of high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 / 1.4301), which ensures durability, corrosion resistance and compliance with food safety requirements. The robust design (bottom thickness – 1.0 mm) guarantees stable operation even at full load.
Performance and operation
The extractor is equipped with a 250 W electric motor that operates on both 12 V and 230 V, so it can be used in stationary as well as mobile settings. The rotational speed is adjustable from 100 to 250 rpm, allowing you to adapt to different honey viscosities and comb conditions. The integrated programmable braking system ensures smooth and safe stopping.
Control
Two operating modes are available:
Fully automatic – with preset programs that optimize the extraction process.
Semi-automatic – allowing the operator to control the process manually as needed.
Technical advantages
The large 740 mm diameter spinning basket makes efficient use of the internal capacity, while the optimal 82 cm outer diameter ensures stability. The stainless steel honey gate is positioned at a convenient height of 350 mm, making it easy to drain honey directly into containers.
