Complete honey extraction line configuration

The complete honey extraction line includes:

• Uncapping machine with vibrating knives, with adjustable gap according to frame thickness, supplied with a knife heating system.

  • Capacity: about 11 frames per minute.

• Double-knife kit for the uncapping machine (optional).

• Uncapping machine stand.

• Continuous-operation cappings wax press with collection vessel.

• Direct wax melter (alternative to the cappings press).

• Collection rack for uncapped frames with manual or motorized loading system (depending on the selected line size).

• Vertical honey extractor:

  • capacity for 40, 64, 80, or 120 frames (depending on line size);

  • automatic operation;

  • electronic speed controller;

  • automatic programming;

  • touchscreen;

  • 19 preset operating programs.

• Single or double rack for collecting extracted frames (as required), supplied with an AISI 304 stainless steel drip tray.

• Heated settling tank.

• Volumetric pump.

• Set of fittings:

  • for connecting the press to the pump;

  • for connecting the tank to the pump.

• Automatic float level sensor for the pump, mounted on the settling tank.

Electrical parameters

• Power supply: 220 V or 380 V (must be specified when requesting a quotation).

• Electrical power: determined individually when preparing the commercial offer, depending on the selected line configuration and size.
