Oxalic acid sublimation (vaporization) is one of the most reliable methods for varroa control. When used correctly, this method does not create the resistance risk associated with some other active substances. Treating a single colony takes just 25–30 seconds, making work in the apiary much faster.

Cordless freedom

With InstantVap 18V Lite, you no longer need to carry heavy car batteries, use extension cords or noisy generators. The device is powered by standard 18 V power-tool batteries.

In the standard configuration, the vaporizer is compatible with ParkSide® X20V-TEAM batteries. If you use batteries from other manufacturers such as Makita, Bosch, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Einhell, etc., a dedicated adapter can be used.

It is also possible to order the device with a base tailored to a specific manufacturer’s battery. The lead time for such a modification is about 6 weeks.

Accurate temperature control for effective vaporization

The right temperature is one of the most important factors in oxalic acid vaporization. If the temperature is too low, the acid will not vaporize sufficiently; if it is too high, it may begin to degrade, reducing treatment efficacy.

InstantVap uses a dynamic temperature control system that helps maintain the optimal working temperature even in cold, windy or autumn weather.

The dosing mechanism and acid reservoir are well insulated, ensuring fast and stable operation.

The device also features deep-discharge battery protection – when voltage drops to 15,4 V, the vaporizer shuts off automatically. The current battery voltage can be monitored continuously on the integrated indicator.

Rugged stainless-steel construction and easy maintenance

The housing and integrated quick-dosing mechanism are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, ensuring long service life.

An ergonomic design provides a comfortable grip and stable operation even when the vaporizer is hot.

An important detail is the 6 mm straight brass vaporizing tube. With no bends, the risk of clogging is greatly reduced, and if needed the tube can be easily cleaned along its entire length.

The nozzle is replaceable, further extending the device’s service life.

Adjustable dose at the press of a button

InstantVap 18V Lite has a quick-dosing mechanism that lets you easily set a dose of 1–4 g of oxalic acid.

The dose can be adjusted without tools, matching the strength of the colony or the chosen treatment method.
