TTK 170 ECO is a professional, very powerful dehumidifier capable of extracting up to 52 liters of moisture per day. It is designed for larger rooms up to 90 m², making it ideal for honey extraction rooms, warehouses, workshops, or basements where rapid and effective humidity reduction is needed.

Thanks to its high performance, this model is especially valued by beekeepers, as it helps maintain a dry microclimate during honey handling so that the honey does not absorb moisture and begin to ferment.

Useful for beekeepers – helps reduce honey moisture in the combs

This dehumidifier can also be used when the honey in the combs is still too moist for extraction. In that case:

• the frames with honey are left in a warm room for 2–3 days,

• the dehumidifier runs in the room,

• the dry air helps draw out some of the moisture from the honey in the combs.

This can improve honey ripeness and reduce the moisture percentage before extraction, which is very important to prevent honey from souring.
